Best Diet and Exercise Plan: Best At Home Workout Programs

I want to lose 20lbs and look better in my swim suit, but I don’t have the time to go to the gym.

I personally lost 65lbs and have kept it off since 2010 with at home workout programs. I sweat it out in my basement 5-6 days a week.


When looking for a good at home workout program consider these things:

First find something that you can commit to. Will the time frame required work with your schedule? Like days per week, how long the workouts are those days, and how many days in all?
Then look at if the workout has a schedule or calendar. It’s important to know specifically what workouts you need to do each day so you are not over working or under working any area of your body.
Last does the program have a nutrition plan for you to follow? This is important so you can properly fuel your body to get through the workouts and have enough energy for the rest of the day. If you are under or over fueling your body it can stunt your progress to achieving your goals.
