Best Diet and Workout Plan

Are all the fitness and nutrition plans out there today overwhelming to you?
Do you find it difficult when you’re wanting to lose weight, or get in better shape to know what route to take to reach your goals?
If you answered yes to either of those questions don’t think you are alone in feeling that way. I think it can be a common frustration.
Throughout this blog series best diet and workout plan I’m going to touch on different nutrition plans out there like the ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting, counting macro and micro nutrients, counting calories, weight watchers systems and programs like that, and portion control. I’ll help you navigate through all the different options to help you determine which one would work best for you.
It’s not just the nutrition that can be sticky and difficult to traverse. Choosing the right exercise for you to reach your goals can be overwhelming. Are you the type of person who loves high impact exercise that gets your heart pumping and done quick? Or do you like to throw on your running shoes, hit the pavement or trail with your headphones? Do you prefer lifting weights watching those reps and plates increase? Or do you enjoy the peace and serenity of a yoga or pilates workout?
No matter your style of workout it can still be a guessing game as which one will produce the results you are wanting to achieve. With fitness and exercise not one single thing works for everyone. Not to mention so many physical ailments like thyroid disease, adrenal fatigue, gall bladders removed and leaky gut nutrition plans can need to be really tailored to your needs. Sometimes it takes a little bit of trial and error to reach that happy place.
Also I’m going to touch on some common misconceptions that people say or think. Like muscle weighs for than fat. How you need to be motivated to workout. That you can eat whatever as long as you workout hard enough. Or just eat less and you will lose weight.
