That means everyday you need a plan from the moment you wake up. Otherwise you will find yourself fighting for the rest of the day.

How do I know this?

This was my reality. Almost immediately as I would wake up the chatter would start. I would hear, “You’re so tired.” “You don’t want to get out of bed.” “You don’t feel good.” Just keep them coming. I heard them all.

Once I was up I’d hear, “You’ll never get it all done.” “You can’t keep up with your kids.” “You’re not good enough.” “You’re an awful mom.” “No one likes you.” “The only reason your family loves you is because they’re your family and feel like they have to.”
