Food Sensitivities & Our Lives Part 6: Food Sensitivity Friendly Snacks We Keep On Hand

Finding ready made food options like snacks that you can grab and go can be difficult when you’re dealing with food sensitivities. Depending on the severity of the sensitivity or allergy you may be looking for a food item that has been manufactured in a facility that is gluten, peanut, tree nut, soy, etc free. Label reading becomes a must!!
Food sensitivities can come in all shapes and sizes, meaning that people can have sensitivities to many different types of foods, combos of foods, and levels of sensitivities to those foods. That being said today I’m sharing some of the grab and go snacks that we have on hand for our son and for me. We have different food sensitivities so some of what he can eat I’m not suppose to and vice a versa. You would think sensitivities would be the same in a family, but this is far from the case. It’s very individual.
